Hur har du utvecklats sedan du började på Inrego?

Sedan jag började på Inrego har jag utvecklats mycket. Jag började inom distribution och har sedan fått möjlighet att utvecklas vidare till rollen som supporttekniker. Det har gjort att jag har fått lära mig mycket nytt, ta mer ansvar och utveckla mina tekniska kunskaper.

För mig har det varit väldigt motiverande att känna att jag kan utvecklas inom företaget och samtidigt fortsätta lära mig nya saker.

Vad överraskade dig mest när du började på Inrego?

Det som överraskade mig mest var den goda kulturen och utvecklingsmöjligheterna på Inrego. Det finns en bra sammanhållning och en vilja att hjälpa varandra, samtidigt som man får möjlighet att växa och prova nya saker.

Det är något jag uppskattar mycket och som gör att jag ser fram emot att fortsätta utvecklas här.
