Beskriv din karriär på Inrego?

Jag började på Inrego som praktikant i produktionen sommaren 2003 och fick efter några månader, i början på 2004, en anställning som PC-tekniker. Jag har sedan dess även provat på att jobba som servicetekniker, datatekniker och arbetsledare i produktionen innan jag till slut landade på ekonomiavdelningen 2020. Här jobbar jag med fakturering, kontoavstämningar och bankbetalningar mm.

Det har varit en lång resa hos Inrego, mina bästa år hittills i yrkeslivet och jag ångrar det inte. Det är viktigt att ha möjlighet till personlig utveckling, utveckling i arbetet och att jag har olika karriärmöjligheter. Kompetens kan verkligen utvecklas på Inrego.

Att jag trivs, har kul och känner mig stolt över mitt arbete är några saker som driver mig åtta timmar om dagen, fem dagar i veckan vilket ibland inte räcker. Att medarbetarna trivs på jobbet är viktigt och det leder till ökad hållbarhet då vi får lägre personalomsättning och färre sjukskrivningar och framför allt gör tiden på jobbet rolig!
