I work as a Key Account Manager in Recom Sales, the international sales department. I am responsible for taking care of current clients and finding new ones and trying to build a strong relationship. Most of my time is spent talking with people around the world about their business and how we can work together, trying to understand issues that impede the start of a business relationship or that eventually limit growth. It is an exciting and compelling task which leaves no space to boredom.
What do you like about your job and Inrego?
What I like the most about my job is that it is very dynamic and goal-driven, we have clear individual and team goals.
On the one hand you constantly work in a team, discussing challenges and confronting as well as counselling each other. On the other hand, the management and responsibility of your work is your own and you are free to take decisions. This balance gives you the best of two worlds: support and independence.
Inrego´s culture is certainly fundamental to enjoy the workplace. I like the positive energy around me and feel always free to speak up and give my contribution!
