I was initially employed by Inrego in Sweden, although I was located in Finland and my Swedish colleagues warmly welcomed and supported me, although I was working remotely.
In 2021 we launched Inrego Oy as a legal entity in Finland. It has been fantastic to be part of building a completely new business pretty much from scratch in Finland. It feels like working for a start-up company as you get to be involved with so many tasks and aspects of the work. But at the same time we have been getting superb support from our crew in Sweden, so we have been able to set up great processes that have already worked for more than two decades in Sweden!
What is your role at Inrego?
My job as a Key Account Manager includes a lot of interesting aspects. It’s a role where I get to find new customers, as well as take care of, manage and build relationships with, already existing customers. I get to work with a variety of customers, both corporations, distributors, operators, retailers etc. Every day is exciting with new opportunities and sometimes also challenges – which makes the work very interesting.
How would you describe the culture at Inrego?
Inrego’s corporate culture motivates all employees to make their own decision – but at the same time, whenever you need support, your colleagues and management are there for you. It’s been fantastic and rewarding for me to work in this company and in this exciting and constantly growing industry, which aims for a sustainable and better future for all of us!
