Manager – Production

We are looking for someone passionate about technology, innovation, sustainability, and—above all—leadership. You are already a respected manager with experience from production, warehousing, or testing, and you are drawn to our mission: Maximum Impact – Minimum Resources.
You will co-report to our CEO in Finland and our global CPO in Sweden.

Inrego currently employs around 170 people in Stockholm and Vantaa, and we sell products to more than 90 countries. We work exclusively with used IT products and actively promote sustainability both in the market and in society. Our company culture is strong—we care for each other and set high expectations for one another. Inrego has been established since 1995.

About the Role

Through our production facility in Vantaa, we handle more than 6400 used IT products every month, primarily computers, monitors, tablets, and mobile phones of various brands, models, and ages. Together with your team—you will ensure that the products we purchase are properly processed and tested for first-class delivery to our customers worldwide.

Your team consists of 10 driven and motivated employees. You will lead and develop both the current operations and team, including responsibility for result, budgeting, recruitment and salary setting.

Your Profile

We expect that you have prior experience from production, warehousing, and/or equipment testing, and above all, a strong interest and proven track record in personnel leadership excellence. Naturally, you are positive, goal-oriented, solution-focused, and committed to delivering outstanding results in everything you do. You are driven by your passion for leadership, quality, sustainability, and efficiency!

Fluency in Finnish and English, both spoken and written, is required

We are located in our highly functional premises in Vantaa industrial area, strategically positioned next to E18 and the Airport.
