I was initially employed by Inrego in Sweden in July 2020. I was located in Finland and my Swedish colleagues warmly welcomed me to the team and supported me, while working remotely. This was during covid time, so it was not easy to meet face-to-face anyway.
In 2021 we launched Inrego Oy as a legal entity in Finland. It was fantastic to be part of building a completely new business pretty much from the scratch in Finland. It felt like working for a start-up company as you got to be involved with so many tasks and aspects of our work. The support we have been getting from Sweden since day one has been superb, so we have been able to set up great and tested processes to grow here in Finland.
What is your role at Inrego?
I am the CEO of Finland since September 2025. Prior to that I held first Key Account manager's position and then Sales Director's position. On top of the CEO responsibilities I also manage some of our key accounts.
How would you describe the culture at Inrego?
Inrego’s corporate culture motivates all employees to make their own decision – but at the same time, whenever you need support, your colleagues and management are there for you. It's a culture where you can be creative, which supports the company moto "minimum resources - maximum results". It’s been fantastic and rewarding for me to work in this company and in this exciting and constantly growing industry, which aims for a sustainable and better future for all of us!
